My Hardest Time to Build Trust with My Customers

Belgaum is influenced by Multiple Culture – Bordering Maharastra and Karnataka.

As a young entrepreneur in mid 40s I find jewellery business is an everyday challenge with fluctuating prices, govt statuary and growing customer concerns and competition. Yes being in jewellery for past 15 years our business still finds it challenging in building trust with customers. They buy, but with some doubt element, about how safe is the deal. Our sales people get hard at times, when they are unable to build that trust factor with the customers.
