Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage service requests (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Create and assign service tickets to engineers.
Coordinate between customers, service team, and logistics.
Track and follow up on tickets till closure.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.
Ensure timely response and service delivery (TAT).
Provide clear updates and support to customers.
Core role involves managing service tickets, coordination, and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualification

🎓
Education
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical background preferred).

Experience
3+ years in customer support / voice process. Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory). Strong communication and coordination skills.
