Responsibilities
- Managing Service Tickets
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Instant Update to Customers
- Follow up till Closing of Ticket
- Reporting Escalation
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Customer Centric
- Speak – English, Hindi is must
- Fast Learner & Energetic
- 3 years+ Experience in Customer Service
Nice to have
- Experience in MIS
- Exposure to CRM or Ticketing S/w
- Additional languages
- Experience in S/w or Electronic Industry.
