Manage Complete Inventory Operations for XRF Spectrometers & Equipment

| Stock Management | Maintain inventory accuracy through 3-step verification process and daily tracking updates. |
| Reporting & Analytics | Monitor in-house stock levels and generate regular management reports. |
| Vendor Coordination | Generate pickup requests for deliveries and follow up on reverse pickups for demos. |
| Service Inwards | Handle inward procedures for service machines and allocate to QC department. |
| Ready Stock Control | Ensure 80% availability of ready-to-dispatch stock across all models. |
| Demo/Expo Management | Dispatch demo, standby, and expo machines with proper approvals. |
| Logistics Planning | Ensure on-time delivery and TAT compliance for all dispatches. |
| Quality Assurance | Work with packing team to ensure all in-box essentials are included. |
| Spares Allocation | Coordinate with service team for warranty/out-of-warranty spares allocation. |
Ideal Candidate
Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
Skills:
- 2+ years in inventory management (machinery/electronics/logistics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with process improvement focus.
- Multi-language proficiency (additional advantage).
