Responsibilities
Ensure Customer satisfaction – right from Opening to Closing of Service Tickets
Schedule & Organize – Remote Support
Schedule & Organize – Successful Installation, Maintenance and Breakdown calls
Generate Service Revenue
Requirement – Qualification, Experience, Skills
Education: Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
Minimum 5~7 year experience in customer support. (Mandatory)
Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software.(Mandatory)
Spoken English & Hindi (Mandatory), any regional language will be an added advantage.
Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work / Customer Oriented
Geographical knowledge and prior experience in planning of tours. (Preferred)
