  • Ensure Customer satisfaction – right from Opening to Closing of Service Tickets
  • Schedule & Organize – Remote Support
  • Schedule & Organize – Successful Installation, Maintenance and Breakdown calls
  • Generate Service Revenue

Requirement – Qualification, Experience, Skills

  • Education: Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
  • Minimum 5~7 year experience in customer support. (Mandatory)
  • Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software.(Mandatory)
  • Spoken English & Hindi (Mandatory), any regional language will be an added advantage.
  • Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work / Customer Oriented
  • Geographical knowledge and prior experience in planning of tours. (Preferred)
  • Customer Centric & Result Oriented.
