  • Design, Develop, Implement & Monitor Service policy, procedures and culture.
  • Instrumental in Recruitment, Training & Deputation of Skilled Manpower.
  • Set Target, build strategy for generation of Service Revenue.
  • Responsible for completion of customers services upto their satisfaction – Installation, Training (customer), Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown.


  • Qualification- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in ECE, EEE, Mech., Computer Science, Instrumentation.
  • Experience – 10 yrs+
  • Age – 33 – 45yrs
  • English, Hindi is Must, Regional languages is added advantage.
  • Geographical knowledge / Exposure to travel in past career / Should have handled customers
