Drive excellence in our in-house operations at Maxsell. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support and streamline our Chennai-based sales operations.

  • Base Location: Chennai (Office-based)
  • Salary: ₹2.8–3.5 LPA + performance bonuses
  • Growth Path: Team Lead (Sales Ops) in 3 years

Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Track enquiries, process orders, and coordinate dispatch.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain customer data in Odoo (ERP) and generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and streamline sales workflows.
After-Sales Support: Handle AMC renewals and payment follow-ups.

Qualification

🎓
Education
Any degree / Diploma (Commerce/BBA/Technical preferred).

Excel Skills
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
💻
CRM Experience
Experience with CRM tools (Odoo/Zoho preferred).

Languages
Fluent in English & Hindi (Tamil / Regional language a plus).
