Key Responsibilities

TaskDetails
Order ManagementTrack enquiries, process orders, and coordinate dispatch.
CRM & ReportingMaintain customer data in Odoo (Our ERP); generate sales reports (D/W/M).
Process ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks and streamline sales workflows.
After-Sales SupportHandle AMC renewals and payment follow-ups.

What You’ll Need

  • Education: Any degree / Diploma (Commerce/BBA/Technical preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
    • CRM experience (Odoo/Zoho preferred).
    • Fluent in English & Hindi (Tamil / Regional language a plus).
  • Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
